The Influence of Reflective Journals on Critical Thinking Ability of Students

This study aimed to analyze the effect of reflective journals on students' critical thinking skills. The research subjects were 30 students majoring in Teacher Education at Elementary School, Faculty Education, Private University Tangerang—data collection using a questionnaire and student reflection writing. data obtained is processed qualitatively. analyses skill aspect skills indicators according Facione, namely interpretation, analysis, evaluation, conclusion, explanation, self-regulation. results show that knowing note-taking methods can help make from courses they teach. helps think critically about each course learn nature appropriate course.
